摘要
我国畜牧业在各阶段的发展重点与社会主要矛盾和经济发展重心的转变紧密联系。在全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下,畜牧业高质量发展是实现当前阶段发展目标的必然要求,对推动农村产业兴旺、实现农业绿色发展和共同富裕具有重大意义。未来畜牧业高质量的发展需要妥善处理供需不平衡、环境约束和经济发展、大市场和小生产这三大主要矛盾,可从强化技术创新、推动产业体系和经营体系建设、提高产业核心竞争力和完善产业保障政策等入手解决。
The development focus of China’s animal husbandry at each stage is closely related to the change of main social contradiction and the focus of economic development.At the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy implement,the high-quality development of animal husbandry is an inevitable requirement to achieve the development goals at the current stage,which is also of great significance to the prosperity of the agricultural industry,development of the green agriculture and achievement of common prosperity.In the future,the development of animal husbandry will still face the dilemma between supply and demand,ecological and economic benefits,as well as large market scale and small production scale.In order to break the three main contradictions,the implement path could focus on the following four points To handle the contradictions properly,the implement path could focus on the following points:strengthening technological innovation,promoting the on the construction of industrial system and management system,improving the core competitiveness of the industry and improving the industrial security policy.
