摘要
为探究农业硕士何以成长为新型职业农民,课题基于600份问卷数据与20份访谈资料,提炼出16个关键因素,依据ISM模型构建影响因素层级关系图,厘清各个因素之间的关系和作用路径。研究发现,农业硕士成长为新型职业农民各因素之间遵循多级递阶的逻辑关系,位于直接影响因素层的有职业规划、职业教育、职业理想与职业兴趣4个因素,对农业硕士成长为新型职业农民影响作用路径最短;位于中间影响因素层的有职业认知、职业支持、从业收入、从业保障、父母从业影响、职业发展、从业环境、个人综合效能、家庭经济9个因素,以多条路径对直接影响因素层产生影响;位于根本影响因素层的有国家政策、职业定位、职业能力3个因素,通过中间层逐步作用于直接影响因素层。基于此,从夯实农业硕士从业新型职业农民的保障基础、滋养农业硕士成长为新型职业农民的深厚情怀、提升农业硕士对新型职业农民的认识三方面提出建议,为协同推进农业硕士成长为新型职业农民提供决策参考。
To explore how Agricultural masters grow into new professional farmers,the study has ex-tracted 16 key factors based on 600 questionnaires and 20 interviews and constructed a hierarchical rela-tionship diagram of the influencing factors based on the ISM model to clarify the relationship and path of each factor.It has found that the factors of Agricultural masters′growing into new professional farm-ers follow a multi-level hierarchical logical relationship.At the direct influence factor level,there are four factors,namely,career planning,career education,career aspiration,and career interest,with the shortest influence path.At the intermediate influence factor level,there are nine factors,namely,career cognition,career support,career income,career security,parents′influence on the career,career devel-opment,career environment,comprehensive personal efficacy,and family economy,which influence the direct influence factor level in multiple paths.At the layer of fundamental factors,there are three fac-tors,namely,policy,career orientation,and career ability,which gradually affect the layer of direct fac-tors through the intermediate layer.Based on this,this study puts forward suggestions in three aspects:consolidating the guarantee foundation for Agricultural masters to practice new professional farmers,nourishing the deep feelings of Agricultural masters′growing into new professional farmers,and enhan-cing the understanding of Agricultural masters to new professional farmers,to provide decision-making references for promotion of Agricultural masters′growing into new professional farmers.
