摘要
2023年以来,国内旅游市场重回发展“快车道”,文化和旅游融合发展特征日益突出,文旅消费日益成为消费领域的新亮点。文旅消费内部结构不断调整升级,数字化趋势日益增强,主力消费人群发生新变化,两大增量注入新活力。但也要看到,文旅消费发展面临一些挑战,包括市场有效供给不足、基础设施存在短板、消费环境不佳等,制约了消费潜力释放。展望未来,文旅消费发展的政策基础和经济基础更加坚实,高质量发展态势日益巩固,对经济的贡献将稳步提升。为此,建议以问题为导向,加快破除制约文旅消费潜力释放的问题障碍,加快补齐影响意愿释放的短板弱项,更好地推动文旅消费高质量发展。
Since 2023,the domestic tourism market has returned to the“fast lane”of development,the characteristics of the integrated development of culture and tourism have become increasingly prominent,and cultural tourism consumption has increasingly become a new highlight in the consumption field.The internal structure of cultural tourism consumption has been continuously adjusted and upgraded,the trend of digitalization has been increasingly strengthened,and the main consumer groups have undergone new changes,injecting new vitality into the two major increments.However,it should also be noted that the development of cultural tourism consumption faces some challenges,including insufficient effective market supply,shortcomings in infrastructure,and a poor consumption environment,which restrict the release of consumption potential.Looking to the future,the policy and economic foundations for the development of cultural tourism consumption will be more solid,the trend of high-quality development will be increasingly consolidated,and the contribution to the economy will steadily increase.To this end,it is recommended to take a problem-oriented approach,accelerate the removal of obstacles that restrict the release of cultural tourism consumption potential,accelerate the filling of shortcomings that affect the release of willingness,and better promote the high-quality development of cultural tourism consumption.
