心流理论视域下钢琴教学的“生本课堂”构建

摘要 心流体验是一种充满快乐、满足等深度感受的积极情绪体验,对满足个体的技能发展和情感需求有重要意义。在高校钢琴教学中,引入心流理论,是为了让学生更全身心投入钢琴知识的学习和钢琴技巧的练习中,在获得更加愉悦的心理感受的同时,取得技能的长进与长足发展。基于此,文章围绕心流体验产生的三个基本条件,提出心流理论视域下钢琴教学“生本课堂”的构建策略,包括:从学生实际情况出发,引导制定可行的“总-分”学习目标;挑战与技能动态平衡,让学生有进阶的成就感与满足感;通过多途径即时反馈,让学生有朝着目标前进的持续动力。 Flow experience is a kind of positive emotional experience full of deep feelings such as happiness and satisfaction,which is of great significance to meet individuals'skill development and emotional needs.In the piano teaching in colleges and universities,the flow theory is introduced in order to make students more fully involved in the learning of piano knowledge and the practice of piano skills,so that students can get more pleasant psychological feelings and obtain the growth and rapid development of skills.Based on this,centering on the three basic conditions of flow experience,this paper puts forward the construction strategies of“student-centered classroom”in piano teaching from the perspective of flow theory,including:starting from the actual situation of students and guiding the formulation of feasible“total-points”learning goals,making students have a sense of achievement and satisfaction through the dynamic balance of challenges and skills and keeping students motivated towards their goals through immediate feedback via multiple channels.
