摘要
临床护理带教在医疗体系中承载着至关重要的职责,作为连接学术理论与实践操作的桥梁,不仅要传授护理知识,更要培养实习护生的临床思维、技能操作与人文关怀能力,确保新一代护理人能够熟练掌握专业技能,为病患提供高质量的护理服务。因此,本文基于OBE理念探讨临床护理带教教学能力现状、提升策略等内容,以期为临床护理教学提供参考。
Clinical nursing teaching plays a crucial role in the medical system.As a bridge connecting academic theories and practical operations,it is not only necessary to impart nursing knowledge,but also to cultivate the clinical thinking,skill operation and humanistic care ability of intern nurses,ensuring that the new generation of nurses can master professional skills proficiently and provide high-quality nursing services for patients.Therefore,based on the OBE concept,this article explores the current situation and improvement strategies of clinical nursing teaching ability,with the expectation of providing references for clinical nursing teaching.
