摘要
建筑工程施工质量控制与管理是确保工程顺利进行和最终交付的重要环节。通过分析当前施工质量管理的现状,识别影响施工质量的主要因素,包括施工工艺、材料质量和人员素质,提出相应的管理策略。强化施工过程的监控与评估,优化资源配置,提高施工人员的培训与管理水平,有助于提升整体施工质量。此外,建立有效的质量反馈机制,促进施工质量的持续改进。研究结果为建筑工程管理提供了理论支持和实践指导。
Construction quality control and management are crucial for ensuring the smooth progress and successful delivery of building projects.By analyzing the current status of construction quality management and identifying the main factors affecting construction quality,including construction techniques,material quality,and personnel competence,corresponding management strategies are proposed.Strengthening the monitoring and evaluation of the construction process,optimizing resource allocation,and improving the training and management level of construction personnel contribute to enhancing overall construction quality.Additionally,establishing an effective quality feedback mechanism promotes continuous improvement of construction quality.The research results provide theoretical support and practical guidance for construction project management.
