摘要
利用新质生产力推动公立医院高质量发展符合中国经济高质量发展的理论逻辑,符合人民群众日益增长的医疗服务需求,遵循这一理论,在综述现有新质生产力理论和公立医院高质量发展两方面研究的基础上,提出新质生产力推动公立医院高质量发展主要面临资金、数据瓶颈和人才三方面的主要挑战,建议在顶层设计基础上积极探索数据授权使用机制、持续推进制度创新、强化财政资金投入保障、加快培养适应新质生产力的复合型专门人才。
Promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals by utilizing new quality productivity conforms to the theoretical logic of China’s high-quality economic development and meets the growing medical service demands of the people.Following this theory,it is proposed,based on the review of the existing theories of new quality productivity and the research on the high-quality development of public hospitals,that the promotion of high-quality development of public hospitals by new quality productivity mainly faces three major challenges:capital,data bottleneck and talent.According to the situation,it is suggested that on the basis of top-level design,efforts should be made to actively explore the data authorization usage mechanism,continuously promote institutional innovation,strengthen the guarantee of financial capital input,and accelerate the cultivation of compound specialized talents that adapt to new quality productivity.
