摘要
本研究聚焦北江经济带,深度剖析航运服务能力在其高质量发展进程中的作用。鉴于北江经济带战略地位重要,而航运服务能力存在诸如基础设施建设短板、企业竞争力不强、政策协同欠缺等问题,本研究通过详尽分析港口、航道、企业及政策现状,深入挖掘航运服务能力的作用机理。研究发现,航运服务能力在推动产业结构升级、强化区域经济联系合作、提升资源配置效率及促进绿色可持续发展等方面成效显著,且港口吞吐量等关键指标与高质量发展水平呈紧密正相关关系。进而提出涵盖基础设施强化、企业培育壮大、政策完善优化及人才引育等多方面策略,为北江经济带航运与经济协同发展提供有力支撑。
This study focuses on the Beijiang River Economic Belt and conducts an in-depth analysis of the role of shipping service capacity in the region’s pursuit of high-quality development.Given the strategic importance of the Beijiang Economic Belt,yet recognizing current shortcomings such as underdeveloped infrastructure,limited competitiveness among enterprises,and insufficient policy coordination,this research systematically examines the present conditions of ports,waterways,enterprises,and relevant policies.The study explores the underlying mechanisms through which shipping service capacity influences regional development.Findings indicate that shipping service capacity significantly contributes to industrial upgrading,strengthens regional economic integration and cooperation,enhances the efficiency of resource allocation,and promotes green and sustainable development.Furthermore,key indicators,such as port throughput,are found to be closely and positively correlated with the level of high-quality development.Based on these insights,the study proposes a comprehensive set of strategies,including infrastructure enhancement,enterprise cultivation,policy improvement,and talent development,aiming to provide strong support for the integrated development of shipping and the economy in the Beijiang River Economic Belt.
