摘要
绿色造船是一项涉及船舶设计、生产、营运以及报废,全寿命周期考虑环境影响和资源利用效率的庞大的系统工程。任何单项的绿色造船技术将很难在企业节能减排中发挥系统、整体作用。因此,研究绿色造船技术体系对提升企业节能减排的整体能力具有重要意义。从设计、工艺与装备、管理、规范与标准以及评价指标五个方面论述了绿色造船技术体系结构及内容,探讨了实施绿色造船技术的要点,为企业开展绿色造船提供思路与策略。
Green shipbuilding is a huge system engineering which involves ship design, production, operation and scrap. It considers the environment impact and resource utilization efficiency in the total life cycle. Any single green shipbuilding technology couldn＇t plays a systematic and integrated role in the energy saving and emission reduction of the enterprise. Then, the study of green shipbuilding technology system has important meanings in improving the whole ability of the enterprise＇s energy saving and emission reduction. This article discusses the architecture and content of green shipbuilding technology system in five aspects： design, process technology and equipment, management, rules and standards and evaluation index. The key point in implementing the green shipbuilding technology is investgated and the thoughts and strategies for enterprise to develop the green shipbuilding are indicated.
