摘要
本文从自然资源的使用与开发和环境保护二者的关联性出发,探讨如何在环境保护与自然资源开发之间寻找平衡。首先,概述了当前自然资源开发的现状和环境保护的重要性,指出关键的问题在于怎样在保护环境的同时合理开发和利用自然资源;其次,借助系统动态理论和模型,模拟和预测在不同资源开发策略下的环境变化趋势,并通过对比分析找出最优的资源开发与环境保护的平衡点。研究结果显示,并非所有的自然资源开发活动都会对环境造成负面影响,通过实施合理的自然资源开发策略和严格的环保措施,可以实现自然资源开发与环境保护的平衡。本文的研究结果为政策制定者和资源管理者在制定资源开发和环境保护策略时提供了参考,从而在自然资源利用和环境保护之间寻找到可持续发展的路径。
This study started from the correlation between the use of natural resources and development and environmental protection,and discusses how tofind a balance between environmental protection and natural resources development.The researchfirst summarized the current situation of natural resources development and the importance of environmental protection,and points out that the key problem lies in how to rationally develop and utilize natural resources while protecting the environment.Secondly,with the help of the system dynamic theory and model,the environmental change trend under different resource development strategies was simulated and predicted,and the optimal balance point between resource development and environmental protection was found out through comparative analysis.The results show that not all natural resource development activities will have a negative impact on the environment.Through the implementation of reasonable natural resource development strategies and strict environmental protection measures,a balance between natural resource development and environmental protection can be achiered.The research results of this paper provide a reference for policymakers and resource managers when formulating decisions on resource development and environmental protection,therebyfinding a sustainable development path between the utilization of natural resources and environmental protection.
