空中交通管制员作业稳定性分析研究

Analysis of the operational stability of air traffic controllers

摘要 为探究管制员个人特性在保障空中交通安全中发挥的重要作用,研究提出管制员作业稳定性概念。通过文献调研,辨识并提取影响管制员作业稳定性的因素。通过设计试验,收集管制员作业数据及量表数据,构建管制员作业稳定性线性加权模型,并将最终判断结果与专家评判结果进行一致性分析。结果显示:两者的一致性分析结果较好,在启动性、可变性方面,作业稳定性优的管制员相较一般的管制员表现更好;在兴奋性方面,作业稳定性优的管制员处于较低水平。 To investigate the significant impact of personal characteristics on air traffic safety,we introduced the concept of operational stability for air traffic controllers.This was achieved through an analysis of their operational processes and attributes within the aviation sector.This paper identifies and extracts factors influencing the operational stability of air traffic controllers through a review of literature on human performance,resilience,and performance-shaping factors.A total of six factors were identified and extracted:attention,decision-making,experience,attitude,psychological resilience,and emotional stability.During the design and implementation of the experiment,48 participants took part and completed the experimental tasks,which included the Uchida Kraepelin Test(UKT)and related questionnaires.In this study,the UKT was utilized to collect data on emotional stability and attention,while various questionnaires were employed to gather information on additional factors.Additionally,it was crucial to gather fundamental indicators,such as UKT workload and participants error rates,to analyze characteristics such as startability,flexibility,and excitability in the subsequent data processing phase.By analyzing and processing the data obtained from the experiment,we developed a linear weighted model to assess the stability of controller operation.Meanwhile,we analyzed other characteristics of air traffic controllers based on UKT.Finally,we conducted a consistency analysis to compare the results of this analysis with expert evaluations.The experiment s results show that the consistency analysis between the operational stability findings of the UKT-qualified group and the non-qualified group,compared to expert evaluations,yielded values of 0.634 and 0.649,indicating a strong level of consistency.Controllers with high stability scores outperform normal controllers in both startability and flexibility.In terms of excitability,controllers with high operational stability scores maintained lower levels.
