摘要
通过１２７６名司机作业稳定性调查结果认为，作业完成量随年龄增长而下降，４０岁以上显著下降。随文化程度降低而减少，小学文化显著减少。后１５ｍｉｎ的作业完成量明显高于前１５ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．０５）。根据本调查提出了我国铁路机车司机作业稳定性的分类标准，从而可区分出机车司机的优劣。作业完成既快又好的人约为４０％，慢而差的人为２０％左右。
Working stability of 1276 locomotive drivers was surveyed and the results showed that the quantity of working finished was decreased with the growth of age and the reduction in education,especially over 40 years old and with the primary education.The quantity of working finished in the last 15 minutes was obviously higher than that in the first 15 minutes(p<0. 05).According to this investigation,we have suggested a working stability classified standard of locomotive drivers in China.So better or worse as a locomove drivr can be distinquished.The drivers who work better and more quickly are about forty percent and those who do worse and more slowly are about twenty percent.
