摘要
医教协同背景下,职业院校临床医学专业实践教学体系的构建意义重大。文章分析了当前职业院校临床医学专业实践教学存在的体系不完善、师资队伍薄弱、教学基地不足、教学方法单一等问题。针对这些问题,从明确人才培养目标定位、优化实践教学培养体系、加强临床教师队伍建设、完善实践教学基地建设、构建多元评价体系等方面,设计并构建新的实践教学体系。
Under the background of medical-education collaboration,the construction of the practical teaching system for clinical medicine majors in vocational colleges is of great significance.This article analyzes the problems existing in the practical teaching of clinical medicine majors in vocational colleges now,such as the imperfect system,weak teaching staff,insufficient teaching bases and single teaching methods.In response to these problems,a new practical teaching system is designed and constructed from aspects such as clarifying the positioning of talent cultivation goals,optimizing the practical teaching training system,strengthening the con⁃struction of the clinical teacher team,improving the construction of practical teaching bases,and constructing a diversified evaluation system.
