摘要
辅导员践行教育家精神的育人过程是一个由主客体、空间和载体等多要素构成的相互关联、相互作用的集合系统。在诸多元素中,教育主体、教育目标、教育内容和教育方式构成核心圈层,八大育人载体构成载体圈层,队伍和个体的德行素养构成保障圈层。系统论的目标性、主体性、整体性、差异性、动态性和多层性,为辅导员以教育家精神标准高质量育人凝聚价值共识、提供方法遵循、夯实质量保障。在厘清系统论视域下辅导员践行教育家精神的育人逻辑基础上,提出在价值共生中协同组建“强驱动”型辅导员育人共同体,在内外兼蓄中大力发展“金字塔”型辅导员专业胜任力,在动静平衡中积极构筑“双内生”型辅导员师德文化等路径方略,旨在推动并建成“教育家精神”内涵式发展的高质量辅导员队伍,提高高校立德树人质量和成效,培养更多高质量时代新人,助力教育强国战略建设。
The educational process of counselors practicing the spirit of educators is a comprehensive system of interaction composed of multiple elements such as subject,object,space and carrier.Among many elements,the subject of education,the goal of education,the content of education and the mode of education constitute the core circle,the eight major educational carriers constitute the carrier circle,and the morality and literacy of the team and individual constitute the guarantee circle.For counselors to educate people with high-quality standards of educators,the purpose,subjectivity,integrity,differentiation,dynamism and multi-layer of the systematic theory provides common value and ways to follow,and consolidate quality assurance.On the basis of clarifying the educational logic of counselors practicing the spirit of educators under the perspective of systematic theory,it is proposed to jointly establish a"strongly driven"counselor education community in value symbiosis,vigorously develop the professional competence of"pyramid-type"counselors in both internal and external reserves,and actively build"dual guarantee"counselors in the balance of motion and stillness.The path strategy aims to promote and build a team of high-quality counselors with the"spirit of educators",improve the quality and effectiveness of cultivating morality in colleges and universities,cultivate more high-quality people in the era,and help the strategic construction of a strong country in education.
