摘要
目的:医院通过实施科学的医用耗材物流管理,以降低医疗机构经营成本,实现资源的有效利用。方法:抓住医用耗材物流管理的4个环节和高值医用耗材管理的2种方式,实现医用耗材的全程跟踪管理。结果:医院医用耗材实施物流管理方式可以控制物资消耗,降低经营成本,保证医疗质量和患者的人身安全。结论:科学的物流管理方式及其应用对促进医疗机构的精细化管理和提高医疗机构的综合效率具有积极作用。
Objective：Through the implementation of logistics management of medical consumables,medical institutions can reduce operating costs and achieve the effective use of resources.Methods：We should strengthen the logistics management of medical consumables in the 4 links and high-value medical consumables management in the 2 ways to realize the whole process management of medical consumables.Results：Implementation of logistics management of medical consumables can control the consumption of materials,reduce operating costs,and ensure medical quality and safety.Conclusion：Logistics management in medical institutions can promote the fine management and improve the overall efficiency of medical institutions.
