摘要
材料选择是设计–采购–施工(Engineering-Procurement-Construction, EPC)总承包模式实施过程中的一大难点。该文以自贡市内自同城区域医疗中心建设项目为例,分析了材料选择的难点,通过现场材料样品试验并结合价值工程原理实现了材料品牌的优选,解决了材料质价匹配方面的问题,并总结了材料比选的管理措施。
Material selection is a major difficulty in the implementation of hospital construction projects using engineering-procurement-construction(EPC)model.Taking the construction project of regional medical center in Zigong city as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties of material selection,realizes the optimization of material brand through on-site material sample test and value engineering principle,solves the problem of material quality and price matching,and summarizes the management measures of material comparison and selection.
