摘要
为了解决医院后勤信息化、智能化建设的核心问题,文章设计了一套基于智慧后勤的建筑信息化智能体(Agent)服务模式,从“实时解决—应急协同—督查闭环—自主学习”四个方面、“安全—成本—效率”三个维度,以案例医院眼科临床诊疗中心作为建筑场景,建设数字孪生、风险预判系统以及具备深度学习能力的人工智能体,解决运营保障问题,对现有的后勤运行服务模式进行优化,并提供人机交互辅助决策支持。
In order to solve the core problems of hospital logistics informatization and intelligent construction,this paper designs a set of building information agent service mode based on intelligent logistics.From four aspects of real-time solution-emergency coordination-supervision closed-loop-autonomous learning and three dimensions of safety-cost-efficiency,the case hospital ophthalmology clinical diagnosis and treatment center is used as the construction scene.The digital twin,risk prediction system and artificial agent with deep learning ability are constructed to solve the problem of operation guarantee,optimize the existing logistics operation service mode,and provide human-computer interaction decision support.
