摘要
介绍就医延迟的概念及类风湿关节炎病人就医延迟的研究现状,从病人因素、疾病因素和社会医疗因素3个方面分析类风湿关节炎病人就医延迟的影响因素,并从加强人才队伍建设、引入数字医疗服务、提高科普宣传及完善医疗制度等方面探讨改善类风湿关节炎病人就医延迟的管理策略,旨在为国内开展相关研究和实施针对性干预提供参考。
This article introduced the concept of medical delay and the status quo of medical delay for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.The influencing factors of medical delay for patients with rheumatoid arthritis were analyzed from three aspects:patient factors,disease factors and social medical factors.The management strategies for improving the medical delay treatment behavior of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were explored from aspects such as strengthening the construction of the talent team,introducing digital medical services,enhancing popular science publicity and improving the medical system,so as to provide reference for conducting relevant research and implementing targeted interventions domestically.
