Effect of self⁃efficacy and social support on personal mastery in postoperative patients with traumatic fracture of the lower extremity

摘要目的:调查下肢创伤性骨折术后病人个人掌控感现状,探讨下肢创伤性骨折术后病人自我效能、社会支持对个人掌控感的作用机制,为促进病人康复、提高病人生活质量提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2023年1月—10月四川省某三级甲等医院下肢创伤性骨折术后病人391例为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、个人掌控量表、领悟社会支持量表、康复自我效能感量表进行调查。结果:下肢创伤性骨折术后病人个人掌控感总分为(22.22±4.50)分,病人个人掌控感与自我效能、社会支持之间均呈正相关(P<0.01),社会支持与自我效能之间也呈正相关(P<0.01)。Bootstrap法分析显示,下肢创伤性骨折术后病人自我效能在社会支持和个人掌控感之间存在中介效应(P<0.01),中介效应占总效应的43.87%。结论:下肢创伤性骨折术后病人的个人掌控感处于中等水平,可帮助病人获得社会支持,促进自我效能向个人掌控感转化,提高病人的生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the current situation of personal mastery in patients after lower extremity traumatic fracture surgery.To explore the mechanism of self⁃efficacy and social support on personal mastery in postoperative patients with traumatic fracture of the lower extremity,so as to provide references for promoting the recovery of patients and improving their quality of life.Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,a total of 391 postoperative patients with traumatic fracture of the lower extremity in a tertiary grade A hospital in Sichuan province from January to October 2023 were selected for investigation.The investigation was conducted by using the general information questionnaire,Personal Mastery Scale(PMS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Self⁃Efficacy for Rehabilitation Outcome Scale(SER).Results:The total score of PMS in patients after lower extremity traumatic fracture surgery was(22.22±4.50)points.There were positive correlation between the patients'personal mastery and self⁃efficacy as well as social support(P<0.01).There was also a positive correlation between social support and self⁃efficacy(P<0.01).Analysis by the Bootstrap method showed that the mediating effect of self⁃efficacy in postoperative patients with lower extremity traumatic fractures between social support and personal control was significant(P<0.01).The mediating effect accounts for 43.87%of the total effect.Conclusions:The personal mastery of patients after lower extremity traumatic fracture surgery was at a medium level.It could help patients obtain social support,promote the transformation of self⁃efficacy into personal mastery,and improve the quality of life of patients.
