摘要
利用ANSYS/FLOTRAN软件对气垫带式输送机气垫流场的动力学状况进行了数值模拟分析,得出了不同条件下多排孔气垫流场的压力、速度及能量损失分布规律,为气垫带式输送机设计及运行监控提供了理论依据。
Dynamic state of air flow of air - cushion belt conveyor is numerically simulated using ANSYS/FLOTRAN software. Distribution rules of pressure, speed and energy loss are obtained with multi - hole air flow, which provide a theoretical basis for design and operation monitoring of air - cushion belt conveyor.
