摘要
推进边疆治理体系和治理能力现代化,是中国式现代化的应有之义。在实现边疆治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中,应坚持和完善党的边疆治理领导制度体系,推进边疆地区全面深化改革,建设有效的边疆治理法律体系,以推进中华民族共同体建设为主线,以民族区域自治制度和“一国两制”为制度性安排,构建系统完备、科学规范、运行有效的边疆治理制度体系,把我国边疆治理制度优势有效转化为实际效能,从而实现边疆的繁荣发展和长治久安。
Promoting the modernization of governance systems and governance capabilities in the border areas is an inherent part of Chinese modernization.In the process of achieving the modernization of governance systems and governance capabilities in border areas,it is a must to uphold and improve the Party's leadership system for governance in border areas,promote comprehensive reform in border areas,build an effective legal system for governance in border areas,and take the construction of the Chinese nation community as the main line,with the ethnic regional autonomy system and the"one country,two systems"as institutional arrangements,to construct a systematic,comprehensive,scientifically regulated,and operationally effective system of governance in border areas.Meanwhile,measures should be taken to effectively transform the advantages of our country's governance system for border areas into practical effectiveness,thereby achieving the prosperity and long-term stability in border areas.
