摘要
为了优化角蒿总黄酮的提取工艺,本研究采用单因素法和响应面法对乙醇浓度、超声温度、液料比和超声时间4个因素进行考察优化,确定角蒿总黄酮提取的最佳条件。结果表明,总黄酮提取的最佳优化条件为:乙醇浓度75.6%、超声温度70℃、超声时间30 min,黄酮提取率为12.09%。通过优化提取条件,有效提高了角蒿总黄酮的提取率,为角蒿资源的进一步开发和利用提供了有力支持。
In order to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Incarvillea sinensis Lam.In this study,the single factor method and response surface method were adopted to investigate and optimize four factors,namely ethanol concentration,ultrasonic temperature,liquid-to-material ratio and ultrasonic time,to determine the optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from I.sinensis.The results showed that the optimal optimization conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids were:ethanol concentration of 75.6%,ultrasonic temperature of 70℃and ultrasonic time of 30 min.The optimal total flavonoid extraction rate was 12.09%.By optimizing the extraction conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from I.sinensis was effectively increased,providing strong support for the further development and utilization of I.sinensis resources.
