摘要 螺旋锥齿轮在热处理过程中的控制要点较为复杂。首先,必须确保产品的冶金质量,包括渗碳层碳浓度分布、渗碳层深度以及表面硬度等参数,以满足产品预期使用的抗疲劳和抗磨损性能要求;其次,需精确控制产品的热处理变形精度,确保淬火后各渗碳部位能够进行精准的机加工和均匀磨削,避免因磨削不均匀引发的质量波动。针对9310钢制螺旋锥齿轮的热处理质量控制进行了仿真模拟研究,基于Simufact对齿轮的热处理工艺进行模拟仿真计算,并结合材料标定、模型建立、仿真计算及样件验证分析等手段,实现了工艺的快速优化。试验结果表明,经过热处理加工的样件在冶金质量和热处理变形方面均达到了技术要求,可为后续热处理变形控制工艺的优化提供新的研究思路。 The control points of spiral bevel gears in the heat treatment process are complicated.Firstly,it is necessary to ensure the metallurgical quality of the product,including the carbon concentration distribution,depth,surface hardness of the carburized layer and other parameters to meet the anti-fatigue and anti-wear performance requirements of the product expected to be used.Secondly,it is necessary to accurately control the deformation accuracy of the product during heat treatment,ensuring that the machining and uniform grinding of the carburized parts after quenching,and to avoid the quality fluctuations caused by uneven grinding.The heat treatment quality control of 9310 steel spiral bevel gear was simulated and studied,the heat treatment process of gear was simulated and calculated based on Simufact,and the rapid optimization of the process was realized by means of material calibration,model establishment,simulation calculation and sample verification analysis.The sample after heat treatment met the technical requirements in metallurgical quality and heat treatment deformation,which provided a new research idea for the optimization of subsequent heat treatment deformation control process.
