双椭球热源形状参数对焊接熔池的影响 被引量:2

摘要 焊接过程中温度场的准确计算决定了后续焊接残余应力及变形,双椭球热源模型常用于焊接温度场的数值模拟,而热源模型参数的正确选择对焊接模拟结果准确性起决定性作用。焊接热源形状参数直接影响焊接温度场分布及熔池几何形态,其中热源形状参数的确定需要运用试算法反复调整以适应实际熔池形态。本文提出了一种调整热源形状参数的方法,依据热源形状参数控制熔池的大小和形状。通过案例进行有限元模拟,结果表明,通过文中提出的方法,可减少重复建模的工作量,更快的完成熔池校核。 The accurate calculation of the temperature field during the welding process determines the subsequent welding residual stress and deformation.The double-ellipsoidal heat source model is often used for the numerical simulation of the welding temperature field,and the correct selection of heat source model parameters plays a decisive role in the accuracy of the welding simulation results.The shape parameters of the welding heat source directly affect the distribution of the welding temperature field and the geometric shape of the weld pool.The determination of the heat source shape parameters requires the use of the trial-and-error method for repeated adjustment to adapt to the actual weld pool shape.This paper proposes a method for adjusting the heat source shape parameters,which controls the size and shape of the weld pool based on these parameters.Through finite-element simulation of cases,the results show that by using the method proposed in this paper,the workload of repeated modeling can be reduced,and the verification of the weld pool can be completed more quickly.
