摘要
针对2Cr13材料渗氮处理后出现表面发蓝、无渗层等问题,通过对比试验,研究氮化工艺参数与控制过程,发现问题的根源在于不锈钢钝化膜薄且致密不易破除。生产中采用氯化铵和石英砂的混合物能解决该问题,但使用氯化铵会造成零件表面出现黑褐色斑点及管路堵塞。为避免这类问题产生,需严格控制氯化铵放置量,并在零件取出后立即用碳氢清洗剂清洗。
The surface of 2Cr13 material had problems such as blue surface and no nitriding layer after nitriding treatment.Through comparative tests,analysis of nitriding process and control process,it was found that the problem cause consisted in the thin and dense passivation film of stainless steel,which was difficult to break.The mixture of ammonium chloride and quartz sand could solve the problem in production,but the use of ammonium chloride would cause black and brown spots on the surface of parts and pipeline blockage.In order to avoid such problems,it was necessary to strictly control the amount of ammonium chloride placedand and clean the parts with hydrocarbon cleaning agent immediately after removal.
