摘要
针对轨道交通橡胶弹簧,设计一种新型的压缩+剪切+扭转+偏转四向复合加载试验方案,与传统的压缩、剪切、扭转、偏转单向加载试验及压缩+扭转、压缩+偏转组合加载试验方案进行对比,对新型方案关键承载件进行静态和模态分析,重点应用新型方案对橡胶弹簧进行复合加载疲劳试验。结果表明,新型复合加载试验结构设计合理,能准确地反映橡胶弹簧的实际疲劳寿命,满足试验要求,且实现了试验设计的模块化、标准化,达到了降本增效的目的。
A new compression/shear/torsion/deflection four-way composite loading test scheme was designed for rail transit rubber springs.It was compared with traditional compression,shear,torsion,deflection unidirectional loading tests and compression/torsion,compression/deflection combined loading test schemes.Static and modal analyses were conducted on the key load-bearing components of the new scheme,with a focus on applying the new scheme for composite loading fatigue testing of rubber springs.The results showed that the new composite loading test structure design was reasonable,which could accurately reflect the actual fatigue life of rubber springs,meet the test requirements,and achieve modular and standardized test design,so as to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
