摘要
数据需要保全功能是现代导航设备中数字信号处理(DSP)系统的一项关键技术。针对传统数据保全方案系统复杂、恢复效率低、功耗大且硬件成本高的问题,提出了一种基于非易失性随机存储器(NVRAM)的数据保全方法。搭建了基于NVRAM技术的导航设备数据保全架构,并完成全国产化DSP硬件设计。基于惯性导航系统(INS)的对比实验表明:相较于传统方案,NVRAM方案每256字节的读写速度提升300%,掉电恢复时间、功耗、成本及PCB面积分别降低33%、43%、31%与40%。所提方法突破了传统备份技术的性能瓶颈,为高可靠、低功耗导航设备数据保全提供了一种解决思路。
Data preservation is a critical requirement for digital signal processing(DSP)systems in modern navigation devices.Aiming at the problems of high system complexity,low recovery efficiency,excessive power consumption,and elevated hardware costs of traditional data preservation schemes,a data preservation method based on non-volatile random access memory(NVRAM)is proposed.The data preservation architecture of navigation devices based on NVRAM technology is established,and a fully localized DSP hardware is designed.Compared to traditional solutions,the NVRAM-based solution can increase the read and write speed per 256 bytes of operation by 300%,and reduce the power-off recovery time,power consumption,cost and PCB footprint by 33%,43%,31%and 40%respectively.The proposed method breaks through the performance bottlenecks of traditional backup technologies and provides a solution for data preservation of highly reliable and low-power navigation devices.
