摘要
为了进一步丰富高层建筑火灾防治理论,减少高层建筑火灾事故的发生。分析了高层建筑火灾的特点及高层建筑消防安全存在的问题。研究发现高层建筑火灾具有隐患多、危害大、救援困难等特点,存在着消防设计不规范,管理制度不完善,消防安全意识淡薄等特点。因此,针对以上问题提出了高层建筑消防管理策略,应完善消防安全监督和管理制度,建立高层火灾应急预案,提高群众消防安全意识。同时,应合理设计消防设施,配备高层建筑避难逃生装置。旨在减少高层建筑火灾次数,降低人民的生命和财产损失。
In order to further enrich the theory of fire prevention and control in high-rise buildings,reduce the occurrence of fire accidents in high-rise buildings.This paper analyzes the characteristics of fire in high-rise buildings and the problems existing in fire safety of high-rise buildings.It is found that high-rise building fires have the characteristics of many hidden dangers,great hazards,and difficult rescue,and there are characteristics such as irregular fire protection design,imperfect management system,and weak fire safety awareness.Therefore,in view of the above problems,the fire management strategy of high-rise buildings is proposed,and the fire safety supervision and management system should be improved,a high-rise fire emergency plan should be established,and the public s fire safety awareness should be improved.At the same time,fire fighting facilities should be reasonably designed and equipped with evacuation and escape devices for high-rise buildings.It aims to reduce the number of fires in high-rise buildings and reduce the loss of life and property.
