摘要
阐述了当前全国高层民用建筑发展现状和消防安全现状,梳理了国内外高层民用建筑火灾情况,分析了当前高层民用建筑存在的火灾风险及存在的主要消防安全问题,并探讨了高层民用建筑火灾防控对策,有利于高层建筑安全管控。
This paper discusses the current state of high-rise residential building development and fire safety across the country.It reviews fire incidents in high-rise residential buildings both domestically and internationally.Through an analysis of fire risks,this paper identifies major fire safety challenges faced by high-rise residential buildings and explores potential strategies for fire prevention and control.It is conducive to the safety control of high-rise building.
