摘要
红米不育系是培育红米杂交稻的基础,也是促进红米杂交稻产业发展的前提。品红S是采用白米两系不育系272S的种子经60Co-γ射线300 Gy辐射,再经7代系谱选择选育而成的红米两系不育系,具有不育性稳定,临界温度≤23.5℃;综合性状优良,异交特性好,柱头外露率58.6%,其中双边外露率为21.5%,制种产量高等特点;其籽粒花色苷含量2.98 mg/100g,黄酮含量0.73%,于2024年通过福建省水稻不育系技术鉴定。配组的杂交稻品红两优138杂种优势强,2023—2024年参加海南省特种稻多点自主试验,平均产量7230 kg/hm^(2),比对照增产18.0%。
Sterile line of red rice is the basis of breeding red rice variety,and also the development premise of red rice hybrid rice industry.Pinhong S is a sterile line red rice that was bred from 272S by60 Co-γradiation with 300 Gy and 7 generations of pedigrees selection.It had the characteristics of stable fertility,good comprehensive characters and outcross characteristics,the critical temperature≤23.5℃,the stigma exsertion rate was 58.6%,the bilateral exsertion rate was 21.5%,and the seed production yield was high;Its grain anthocyanin content was 2.98 mg/100 g and flavonoid content was 0.73%.It was technical identified as a rice sterile line in Fujian Province in 2024.The hybrid rice variety Pinhong Liangyou 138 has strong heterosis,participated in the multi-point independent experiment of special rice in Hainan Province in 2023-2024.The average yield was 7230 kg/hm^(2),18.0%higher than that of the control.
