再生7×××系铝合金循环利用的质量控制研究

摘要 7×××系铝合金加工废屑尺寸细小,在重熔过程中烧损率大,熔体质量不易控制,导致重熔后的再生锭质量不稳定,严重制约其循环回收利用。利用金相显微镜,扫描电镜等仪器研究了机加工产生的7×××系铝合金屑再生的7×××系铝合金锭质量和使用再生锭对Al-6.3Zn-2.1Mg-2.1Cu合金铸锭铸态组织的影响。结果表明,经除气及过滤后7×××系铝合金屑熔化得到的熔体氢含量不大于1.0μL/g,夹杂含量不大于0.02 mm2/kg,部分MgO、Al2O3夹杂及含Ti颗粒被有效拦截;净化后再生锭基本无夹杂,品质显著提升。应用一定比例再生锭试制的Al-6.3Zn-2.1Mg-2.1Cu合金铸锭的质量可得到有效保证,为7×××系铝合金屑的高价值回收利用提供了可行方案。 The machining chips of 7×××aluminum alloys,characterized by their fine particle sizes,face significant challenges such as high metting loss and difficulties in melt quality control during remelting,leading to unstable quality of recycled ingots and severely limiting their recycling and utilization.This study focuses on the recycling quality control of 7×××aluminum alloy chips generated from machining processes.Through systematic investigations combining metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and other characterization techniques,the influence of recycled ingots on the as-cast microstructure of 7×××aluminum alloy ingots was elucidated.The results demonstrate that the hydrogen content in the recycled melt is reduced to≤1.0μL/g/100 g Al,and slag inclusion levels are controlled at≤0.02 mm 2/kg Al after degassing and filtration.Impurities such as MgO,Al 2O 3 inclusions,and Ti-containing particles are effectively intercepted.The purified recycled ingots exhibit negligible inclusions,indicating substantially enhanced quality.Experimental trials confirms that the ingot quality of 7×××aluminum alloys can be reliably maintained when incorporating a specific proportion of recycled ingots.This study provides a feasible solution for achieving high-value recycling of 7×××aluminum alloys.
