摘要
汲取延安时期中国共产党对外宣传的历史经验与智慧,在世界反法西斯战争记忆与纪念、世界大江与大河治理、应对解决全球共同问题、建设现代生态文明等可共通的人类价值理念上,探讨黄河红色文化标识的意义阐释与形式表达,对黄河红色文化传承与国际传播具有重要意义。中国革命战争中的红色艺术经典《黄河大合唱》,新中国黄河流域治理中的“焦裕禄精神”“红旗渠精神”“右玉精神”等精神文化标识,均可作为黄河红色文化国际传播中的标识性文化符号。将黄河红色文化标识及其隐含的文化精髓嵌入文化产品的内容生产与传播,推动国际传播理念与文化内容生产的创新,有益于提高未来黄河红色文化的国际传受效能与效力,以高质量的文化产品开创国际传播新局面。
This paper draws on the historical experience and wisdom of the CPC’s external publicity during the Yan’an period,and discusses the interpretation and expression of the revolutionary cultural identity in terms of common human values,such as commemorating the World War II,governing the world’s rivers,dealing with common global problems,building a modern ecological civilization of a community with a shared future for mankind,which is of great significance to the inheritance and international dissemination of the Yellow River culture.The cultural and artistic classics of the Chinese Revolution,such as The Yellow River Cantata,JiaoYulu Spirit,the Red Flag Canal Spirit,and Youyu Spirit in the management of the Yellow River Basin in New China,can all serve as iconic cultural symbols for the international dissemination of Yellow River revolutionary culture.Embedding the revolutionary cultural symbol of the Yellow River and its implicit cultural essence into the content production and dissemination of cultural products,promoting innovation in international communication concepts and cultural content,is beneficial for improving the transmission and reception efficiency of the Yellow River culture in the future,and creating a new international communication situation with high-quality cultural products.
