摘要
基于TRIZ理论设计了一种适应小微型设备并能够在水平方向实现360°无级平滑调节的装置。通过TRIZ理论找到技术矛盾,根据矛盾矩阵筛选切实可行的发明原理,确定了最优解。所设计调节装置具有自身易拆解、成本低、调节效率和精度高、易操作等优点,能够助力有关行业在安装小微型设备过程中有效地提升安装调节的效率和精度。
This article designs a device that is suitable for small and micro devices that can achieve 360°infinite smooth adjustment in the horizontal direction through TRIZ theory.By using TRIZ theory to identify technical contradictions,practical and feasible invention principles can be screened based on the contradiction matrix to determine the optimal solution.The designed device has the advantages of easy disassembly,low cost,high adjustment efficiency,high adjustment accuracy and easy operation,which can help various industries effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of adjusting equipment during the installation of small and micro devices.
