新型在线固相萃取-液相色谱串联质谱法测定水中17种全氟化合物

Determination of 17 Perfluorinated Compounds in Water by A Novel Online Solid-Phase Extraction Coupled with Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry Method

摘要 基于自主研发的新型在线固相萃取系统和液相色谱串联质谱法建立了一种精密度高、准确性高且能快速检测分析水中痕量全氟化合物(PFCs)的方法。以乙酸水溶液及乙腈为流动相,利用电喷雾离子源(ESI)、负离子采集模式和质谱多反应监测模式(MRM)进行分析,实现了水中17种PFCs的高效准确分析,其检出限(S/N=3)范围为0.05~0.1 ng/L,相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.99,加标回收率在79%~93%之间。该方法应用于实际水样检测时,可检出多种短、长链PFCs。方法简化了在线固相萃取系统的样品前处理流程,优化测试条件,有望为水中痕量PFCs提供一种便捷、快速且准确的分析方法参考。 A novel methodology with high precision,accuracy,and rapid detection capability for trace perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)in aqueous matrices was established through the integration of a self-developed online solid-phase extraction(SPE)system with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The sample pretreatment process was simplified using the online SPE system,while optimized chromatographic conditions were achieved through mobile phase selection(aqueous acetic acid and acetonitrile).Analytical detection was performed using electrospray ionization(ESI)in negative ion mode coupled with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM),enabling simultaneous quantification of 17 PFCs.The method exhibited exceptional sensitivity with detection limits(S/N=3)ranging from 0.05 to 0.1 ng/L,demonstrated excellent linearity(correlation coefficients R^(2)>0.99),and achieved satisfactory spike recoveries(79%~93%).Practical application to actual water samples revealed detectable levels of various short-and long-chain PFCs.The method simplifies the sample pretreatment process of the online SPE system and optimizes testing conditions,offering a promising reference for a convenient,rapid,and accurate analytical approach to detect trace levels of PFCs in water.
