浙闽地区野生毛花猕猴桃果实品质综合评价 被引量:1

Comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality in wild Actinidia eriantha collected from Zhejiang and Fujian provinces

摘要 为了解野生毛花猕猴桃果实品质的变异特征,建立果实品质综合评价体系,以浙江、福建境内收集到的75份野生毛花猕猴桃种质资源为材料,测定了单果质量、纵横径、可溶性固形物、酸度、维生素C含量、干物质含量等9个品质指标,并开展了变异分析、主成分分析和综合评价。结果表明,维生素C含量、干物质含量、单果质量等指标的变异系数较大,而纵横径、可溶性固形物等指标的变异系数较小;浙江境内的野生毛花猕猴桃多样性H′指数略高于福建境内的野生毛花猕猴桃;通过主成分分析提取了5个主成分,累积贡献率达88.14%,可以反映浙闽两地野生毛花猕猴桃的综合品质。本研究建立了浙闽两地野生毛花猕猴桃的果实品质综合评价模型,评分前五的种质资源为FJ-34、ZJ-35、ZJ-10、FJ-13和FJ-4。 To investigate the variation characteristics of fruit quality of wild Actinidia eriantha,and establish a comprehensive evaluation system of fruit quality,a total 75 wild A.eriantha germplasm resources collected from Zhejiang and Fujian provinces were used as materials,and nine quality traits including single fruit weight,longitudinal and transverse diameters,soluble solids content,acidity,vitamin C content,dry matter were measured and used for variation analysis,principal component analysis,and comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the variation coefficient of indicators such as vitamin C content,dry matter,and single fruit weight was relatively large,while the variation coefficient of indicators such as longitudinal and transverse diameters,and soluble solids content was relatively small.The diversity index(H′)of wild A.eriantha from Zhejiang was slightly higher than that of wild A.eriantha from Fujian.Five principal components were extracted through principal component analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 88.14%,which reflected the overall quality of wild A.eriantha from Zhejiang and Fujian provinces.This study established a comprehensive evaluation model of fruit quality for wild A.eriantha from Zhejiang and Fujian provinces.The top five germplasm resources based on the scores were FJ-34,ZJ-35,ZJ-10,FJ-13,and FJ-4.
