摘要
通过政策文本分析、实践调查与案例比较研究,系统分析体育文化赋能乡村全面振兴的价值意蕴、逻辑机理与实践路径。研究认为,体育文化在广大农村具有强大的民众亲和力、基层渗透力、精神感召力、发展支撑力,以体育文化赋能乡村全面振兴顺应时代、响应国策、呼应民意,在提升农民健康素养、拓宽经济发展空间、实现文化传承创新、提升乡村治理水平等方面具有独特价值。可以从完善基础保障、打造乡村特色、推进产业融合、培育专业人才、加大文化传播等方面重点考量,规划体育文化助力乡村全面振兴的实践路径。
Through policy text analysis,practical investigation,and comparative case studies,the author systematically analyze the value implications,logical mechanisms,and practical paths of sports culture empowering comprehensive rural revitalization.Research suggests that sports culture has strong public affinity,grassroots penetration,spiritual appeal,and development support in rural areas.Empowering rural revitalization with sports culture conforms to the times,responds to national policies,and echoes public opinion.It has unique value in improving farmers'health literacy,expanding economic development space,realizing cultural inheritance and innovation,and enhancing rural governance level.The government can focus on improving basic guarantees,creating rural characteristics,promoting industrial integration,cultivating professional talents,and increasing cultural dissemination to plan a practical path for sports culture to assist in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
