离子交换法去除模拟废水中Cr(VI)的实验研究

摘要 采用六种不同的树脂对溶液中的重金属Cr(Ⅵ)进行吸附实验研究,考察树脂类型、树脂用量、溶液pH值和共生离子对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,树脂的功能基团是影响离子交换反应处理Cr(Ⅵ)废水效果的关键因素,加大树脂用量会增加树脂的比表面积,从而提高Cr(Ⅵ)的去除量,碱性阴离子树脂去除溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的最佳pH值范围是2.0~4.5,共存离子中的Cl-和SO42-因具有较强的电负性和较大的颗粒半径,会对溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的迁移产生较大的负面影响。 The adsorption experiments on heavy metals such as chromium(VI)ions in solution were carried out by using six kinds of different resins,aiming at investigating the effect of resin type,resin dosage,pH values of the solution and symbiotic ions on the absorption efficacy.The study results showed that the functional groups of resin was the key factor that affected ion exchange reaction on Cr(VI)wastewater treatment,and increasing the dosage of resin could increase the specific surface area of resin,resulting in improvement of removing the quantities of chromium(VI)ions,while the optimal pH range of removing chromium(VI)ions in the solution by using the basic anion resin was from 2.0 to 4.5.However,as the Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-)in coexisting ions had relatively strong electronegativity and large particle radius,they could have significant negative impact on the migration of Cr(VI)in solution.
