摘要
以低浓度含铬(Ⅵ)废水为处理对象,在实验室特制的溶气浮选柱中考察了溶液pH值、表面活性剂和絮凝剂加入量及浮选时间等因素对浮选处理效果的影响。结果表明,采用溶气浮选技术,在溶液pH值为9,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为捕收剂,浓度为15 mg/L,硫酸亚铁为絮凝剂,加入量(铁铬摩尔比)为5∶1,浮选时间为35 min的条件下,Cr6+的去除率达95.48%,残留液中Cr6+浓度仅为0.3724 mg/L,达到国家排放标准,获得了较好的处理效果。
The aim of this study was to treat Cr6 + containing wastewater. The effects of parameters such as wastewater pH, the concentration of the surfactant and flocculant, flotation time on flotation effect were investigated in an especially designed dissolved-air flotation column. The results showed that when using 15 mg/L collector sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the molar ratio of Fe2+ to Cr6+ 5: 1, using FeSO4 as flocculant, wastewater pH 9 and flotation time 35 min, the Cr6+ was separated successfully by dissolved- air flotation technique and the results revealed that the removal rate of Cr6+ was 95.48% and the concen- tration of Cr6+ in residual solution was O. 372 4 rag/L, so that it can meet the national discharge standard.
