超大型自动化泥浆工厂的应用实践

摘要 东方枢纽上海东站站场区地下工程体量大,泥浆的需求量和处理量大,采用分散型的小型泥浆制备处理点无法保证泥浆质量,且占地面积、人员需求均较大。针对上述问题,通过对自动化泥浆工厂的设备、运行流程、工作效率等方面进行分析和阐述,首先提出自动化泥浆工厂功能区块的配置要求和泥浆池设置方案,实现了循环浆的有效循环利用,提高资源利用率;其次提出大型设备选用要求,提高了泥浆处理能力,减少约1/4的废浆产生量,减少2/3的人员需求量和5500 m2的占地面积,降低了施工成本;最后提出自动化泥浆工厂的运行流程,实现了全工程泥浆的一体化、自动化制备和处理。 The underground engineering volume in the station area of Shanghai East Railway Station at Oriental Hub is large,with substantial mud demand and processing volume.Decentralized small mud preparation and processing points cannot ensure mud quality and require large floor space and personnel.To address these issues,an analysis of the equipment,operation process,and work efficiency of the automated mud plant is presented.The configuration requirements for functional blocks and the mud pool setup plan are proposed to achieve effective recycling of circulating slurry and improve resource utilization.Large equipment selection requirements are also provided to enhance mud processing capacity,reduce waste slurry generation by about 1/4,reduce personnel demand by 2/3,save 5,500 m2 of floor space,and reduce construction costs.The operation process of the automated mud plant is proposed to enable integrated and automated preparation and processing of mud for the entire project.
