摘要
为了研究地铁施工废弃泥浆快速泥水分离性能,提高分离效率,降低泥浆处理成本,采用化学絮凝的方法,以黏土泥浆为对象,分析了絮凝剂类型、投加量和搅动对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明:在每50 m L泥浆中,投加聚丙烯酰胺0.02~0.03 g,煤灰粉约0.03 g,搅拌速度400~450 r/min,搅拌时间240~270 s,泥浆的絮凝效果达到最佳。该处理方法可有效降低泥浆处理工作量,缩短泥浆处理周期,在节省成本的同时可以产生较好的社会效益。
In order to research the rapid mud - water dehydration properties of waste slurry generated by the construction of subway, to improve the efficiency of the separation, and to reduce the cost of slurry treatment, chemical flocculation method was used in this research to analyze the effects of flocculant type, dosing quantity and agitation on flocculation efficiency of clay slurry. The results showed that, the floceulation effects of slurry was best when adding 0.02 -0.03 g of polyacrylamide, 0.03g of coal ash at stirring speed of 400 -450 r/min and stirring time of 240 -270 seconds in 50 mL slurry. The treatment method can effectively reduee the amounts of slurry treatment, shorten the slurry treatment cycle, save the cost and produce more social benefits.
