摘要
本文采用文献资料法等研究方法,在健康中国战略的时代背景下,剖析高职院校体育课程中“学练赛评”教学模式的应用效果。研究认为,“学练赛评”教学模式不仅能够有效激发学生的体育学习兴趣,提升其运动技能水平,还能显著增强学生的健康素养,对促进健康中国战略在高职院校的落地生根具有显著的正向效应。然而,该模式在实施中亦面临诸多挑战,亟需采取有效措施加以改进。为此,本文提出了一系列优化建议,包括强化教学资源配置,提升师资队伍的整体素质;完善评价机制,确保其科学性与公正性;以及深化校内外合作,拓宽合作渠道等,以期进一步推动“学练赛评”教学模式在高职院校中的完善与发展。
Using research methods such as the literature review method,this article analyzes the application effects of the“learning-practice-competition-evaluation”teaching model in physical education courses at higher vocational colleges against the backdrop of the Healthy China Strategy.The article finds that this teaching model can not only effectively stimulate students’interest in sports learning and improve their motor skill levels but also significantly enhance their health literacy,exerting a notable positive effect on implementing the Healthy China Strategy in higher vocational colleges.However,the model also faces numerous challenges during implementation,necessitating urgent adoption of effective improvement measures.To this end,the article proposes a series of optimization suggestions,including strengthening the allocation of teaching resources to enhance the overall quality of the teaching staff;improving the evaluation mechanism to ensure its scientificity and fairness;and deepening cooperation between internal and external school entities to broaden collaboration channels.These efforts aim to further promote the improvement and development of the“learning-practice-competition-evaluation”teaching model in higher vocational colleges.
