结构化教学在体育课堂中的应用探究

摘要 为了克服体育教学中因单一动作碎片化教学所产生的局限性,《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》(以下简称“新课标”)提出在体育课堂中推行结构化教学。本文通过文献资料法对“结构化教学”的内涵进行解读,并结合实际操作经验,总结出体育课堂中实施结构化教学的关键要点:(1)教学应以核心素养的培养为引领,紧密贴合学生身心发展的自然规律与运动技能形成的科学路径;(2)内容方面强调结构化整合,将“大概念”作为桥梁,将零散的知识点串联起来,构建出知识与技能之间的内在逻辑框架;(3)方法上推行结构化教学策略,即以问题为导向,设计一系列层层递进的学习情境;(4)评价体系亦须实现结构化,依据明确的学业质量标准,采用表现性评价手段,全面检验学生在核心素养方面的达成度。 To overcome the limitations of fragmented teaching of single movements in physical education,the Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the New Curriculum Standards)propose promoting structured teaching in physical education classes.This article interprets the connotation of“structured teaching”through the literature review method and summarizes the key points for implementing structured teaching in physical education classes based on practical experience:①Teaching should be guided by the cultivation of core competencies,closely aligned with the natural laws of students’physical and mental development and the scientific path of motor skill formation;②In terms of content,emphasize structured integration,using“great concepts”as a bridge to connect scattered knowledge points and construct an internal logical framework between knowledge and skills;③Implement structured teaching strategies in methods,i.e.,design a series of progressive learning scenarios guided by problems;④The evaluation system must also be structured,using performance-based assessment methods based on clear academic quality standards to comprehensively examine students’attainment of core competencies.
