摘要
我国是全球最大原油进口国、第二大石油消费国,石油行业的发展在全球能源市场中占据重要地位。本研究以2019-2023年中国石油、中国石化、中国海油、延长石油四大石油公司面板数据为样本,深入剖析其经营绩效与战略。通过对总营业收入、油气营业收入、所有者权益、利润率和天然气销量等财务指标的系统比较,发现中石油、中石化以全产业链布局主导市场;中海油在海洋油气领域有优势;延长石油借区域拓展稳步发展。还探讨了能源转型下企业战略应对并提建议。
China is the world's largest importer of crude oil and the second largest consumer of oil,and the development of the oil industry occupies an important position in the global energy market.This study uses panel data from four major oil companies,PetroChina,Sinopec,CNOOC and Yanchang Petroleum,from 2019 to 2023 as samples to deeply analyze their business performance and strategies.Through a systematic comparison of financial indicators such as total operating revenue,oil and gas operating revenue,owner's equity,profit margin and natural gas sales volume,it was found that PetroChina and Sinopec dominate the market with a full industry chain layout.CNOOC has advantages in the field of offshore oil and gas.The extension of oil borrowing areas is steadily developing.We also discussed the strategic response of enterprises under energy transformation and provided suggestions.
