龙须藤蜂蜜辅助饲喂桑蚕试验初报

摘要 为了解龙须藤蜂蜜辅助饲喂对桑蚕蚕茧质量的影响,通过将龙须藤蜂蜜与冷开水1:3配制,直接喷洒于新鲜桑叶上辅助饲喂桑蚕,并将生产蚕茧送样检测,以探究蜂蜜辅助饲喂对桑蚕生产性能的影响,探究蜂蜜作为一种天然饲料是否可以推广应用于桑蚕养殖中,为桑蚕人工饲料开发提供理论依据。结果表明,龙须藤蜂蜜辅助饲喂后,桑蚕蚕茧万米吊糙次数、清洁和洁净分值低于对照组;蚕茧粒茧原量与对照组持平;而蚕茧的匀净度、上车茧率、毛茧出丝率、解舒率、茧丝长、解舒丝长均高于对照组。 In order to understand the effect of honey-assisted feeding of Bauhinia championii on the quality of silkworm cocoons,the honey of Bauhinia championii was mixed with cold boiled water at a ratio of 1:3 and sprayed directly on fresh mulberry leaves to assist in feeding silkworms,and the production of silkworm cocoons was sent for sample detection to explore the effect of honey-assisted feeding on the production performance of silkworms,and to explore whether honey as a natural feed can be applied to silkworm breeding.Provide a theoretical basis for the development of artifi cial feed for silkworms.The results showed that after the auxiliary feeding of Bauhinia championii honey,the number of cocoons per ten thousand meters,the scores of cleanliness and cleanliness were lower than those of the control group.The original amount of cocoons was the same as that of the control group;the uniformity of cocoon,cocoon rate,cocoon silk rate,reelability rate,cocoon silk length and reelability silk length were higher than those of the control group.
