摘要
为进一步探究切丝宽度对不同牌号的烟丝关键物理特性,在保证其他制丝工艺参数不变的情况下,开展不同切丝宽度(设置0.95,1.00,1.10,1.20mm4个梯度)对制丝过程指标、烟丝关键物理特性的影响。①随着切丝宽度的增加,烟丝出丝率呈递增的趋势,有助于提升烟丝的耐加工性,降低消耗。②随着切丝宽度的增加,整丝率提升,碎丝率下降;加工方式为气流烘丝得到的烘后整丝率均值均高于同加工方式为薄板烘丝的烘后整丝率均值,且烘后碎丝率均值基本均低于同加工方式为薄板烘丝的烘后碎丝率均值。③随着切丝宽度的增加,采用不同烘丝加工方式对牌号烟丝的烟丝结构和填充值的影响不同。
To further investigate the impact of cutting width on the key physical properties of tobacco cuttings for different brands,an experiment was conducted with varying cutting widths(set at 0.95,1.00,1.10,1.20 mm in four gradients)while keeping other tobacco processing parameters constant.The following observations were made:①As the cutting width increases,the yield of tobacco cuttings shows a trend of gradual increase,which helps to enhance the processing durability of the tobacco and reduce consumption.②With the increase of cutting width,the rate of whole strands increases,while the rate of broken strands decreases.The average rate of whole strands after drying with an air flow dryer is higher than that of the same processing method with a thin plate dryer,and the average rate of broken strands after drying is generally lower than that of the same processing method with a thin plate dryer.③As the cutting width increases,the impact of using different drying methods on the structure and filling value of the tobacco cuttings for different brands varies.
