摘要
随着人工智能、大数据等技术的快速发展,数智化人才培养成为教育领域的重要议题。数智化时代对人才的知识结构、技能水平和创新能力提出了更高要求,传统教育资源体系已难以满足产业数字化转型需求。本文围绕数智化人才培养的教学资源库建设,分析资源库建设的必要性,探讨其核心要素、建设路径、实践挑战与发展方向,旨在为教育数字化转型提供理论参考与实践指导。
With the rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data,the cultivation of intelligent talents has become an important issue in the field of education.The era of digitization has put forward higher requirements for the knowledge structure,skill level,and innovation ability of talents,and the traditional education resource system is no longer able to meet the needs of industrial digital transformation.This study focuses on the construction of a teaching resource library for the cultivation of digital talents,analyzes the necessity of resource library construction,explores its core elements,construction paths,practical challenges,and development directions,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the digital transformation of education.
