纳米颗粒和表面活性剂对混合胺CO_(2)吸收与解吸性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of nanoparticles and surfactants on CO_(2)absorption and desorption performances of mixed amine

摘要 在有机胺吸收剂中加入纳米颗粒可提高其传热传质性能,进而提升有机胺吸收剂的CO_(2)吸收性能并降低解吸能耗。然而,加入纳米颗粒可能出现的粒子团聚现象会对有机胺吸收剂的CO_(2)吸收性能产生不利影响。以2.5 mol/L 2-((2-氨基乙基)氨基)乙醇(AEEA)和0.5 mol/L N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)制得混合胺基液,采用CO_(2)鼓泡吸收装置和模拟电厂烟气(N_(2)和CO_(2)体积分数分别为85%和15%)研究了纳米颗粒种类(MoO_(3)、WO_(3)、ZnO或MgO)、粒径和质量浓度,以及表面活性剂对纳米流体CO_(2)吸收与解吸性能的影响。结果表明,对于MoO_(3)粒径为10 nm、质量浓度为0.9 g/L的MoO_(3)纳米流体,当十六烷基三甲基溴化铵质量浓度为0.6 g/L时,其吸收、解吸增强因子分别为1.1400、1.2045,综合增强因子达到最大值(1.1723)。 The heat and mass transfer performances of organic amine absorbents can be improved by adding nanoparticles,then the CO_(2)absorpiton performances of organic amine absorbents can be improved and the energy consumptions of desorption can be reduced.However,the addition of nanoparticles may cause particle agglomeration,which will adversely affect the CO_(2)absorption performances of the organic amine absorbents.The mixed amine base solution of 2.5 mol/L 2-((2-aminoethyl)amino)ethanol(AEEA)and 0.5 mol/L N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)was prepared.Effects of the types,particle sizes and mass concentrations of nanoparticles(MoO_(3),WO_(3),ZnO or MgO)and surfactants on the CO_(2)absorption and desorption performances of nanofluids were studied by the CO_(2)bubble absorber and simulated power plant flue gas(N_(2)and CO_(2)volume fractions were 85%and 15%,respectively).The results show that for MoO_(3)nanofluids with MoO_(3)particle size of 10 nm and mass concentration of 0.9 g/L,under hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide mass concentration of 0.6 g/L,its absorption enhancement factor and desorption enhancement factor are 1.1400 and 1.2045,respectively,and the comprehensive enhancement factor reaches the maximum value(1.1723).
