摘要
从工程应用出发,采用动态法测定了三个配比的N-甲基二乙醇胺+三乙烯四胺混合溶液的CO2解吸速率。基于解吸机理和实验数据,建立了该溶液CO2解吸的简化动力学方程。方程的CO2解吸速率预测值与实验值的平均相对误差<10%,方程可用于工业上该类胺溶液再生过程的设计和优化操作。
CO2 desorption rates of three mixed MDEA-TETA aqueous solutions are measured using a dynamic method from commercial application.Based on the desorption mechanism and experimental data,a simplified CO2 desorption rate equation of the solution is developed.Average relative error between the predicted and experimental CO2 desorption rates of the equation is less than 10%,and the equation can provide useful information for design and optimal operation of regeneration process using the mixed MDEA-TETA aqueous solution for industry.
