摘要
目的:分析小针刀治疗类风湿膝关节炎的效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2024年9月黔南布依族苗族自治州荔波县中医医院针灸康复科收治的类风湿膝关节炎患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。在常规西药治疗基础上,对照组采用推拿治疗,观察组采用推拿联合小针刀治疗。对比两组临床效果、膝关节功能、治疗满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.026);治疗后,两组美国特种外科医院膝关节功能评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度高于对照组(P=0.011)。结论:小针刀结合推拿治疗类风湿膝关节炎的临床效果较好,可有效改善患者的膝关节功能,提高治疗满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of small needle knife in the treatment of rheumatoid knee arthritis.Methods:A total of ninety patients with rheumatoid knee arthritis admitted to the department of acupuncture and rehabilitation of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Libo County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty-five cases in each group.On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with massage,while the observation group was treated with massage combined with small needle knife.The clinical effects,knee joint functions and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.026).After the treatment,the Knee Joint Function Scores of the two groups in the American Special Surgery Hospital increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.011).Conclusion:The clinical effect of small needle knife combined with massage in the treatment of rheumatoid knee arthritis is relatively good.It can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients and increase the treatment satisfaction.
