摘要
目的探讨广东省珠海中山江门地区内科住院医师就业选择及影响因素。方法以广东省珠海中山江门地区252名内科住院医师为调查对象,了解住院医师基本信息、就业意愿及影响因素。结果157名住院医师中,146人(92.99%)选择本专业就业,111人(70.70%)首选三甲医院,133人(84.71%)期望月薪为9000元以上。住院医师就业考虑因素中,收入为第一位,其余依次为工作强度、科室氛围、职称晋升。对于当前住院医师就业形势判断,3人(1.91%)认为乐观,大部分住院医师(69人,43.95%)保持中立态度,47人(29.94%)较为悲观,20人(12.74%)表示非常悲观。选择非本专业就业住院医师中,内分泌及心血管住院医师各占27.27%,原因主要为工作强度,其余依次是收入、离父母近、职称晋升。结论内科专业住院医师对于本专业就业意愿持积极态度,但对于就业形势持悲观态度人数较多,收入是住院医师就业选择的首要考虑因素。
Objective To explore the employment choices and corresponding influencing factors of internal medicine residents in Zhuhai,Zhongshan and Jiangmen areas of Guangdong Province.Methods Residents in internal medicine training programs in Zhuhai,Zhongshan and Jiangmen areas of Guangdong Province were surveyed to explore their basic information,the employment intentions and corresponding influencing factors.Results Among 157 residents in standardized training,146 individuals(92.99%)chose to work in their specialty,with 111(70.70%)preferring tertiary hospitals.133(84.71%)expected a monthly salary of over 9000 RMB.Among the factors considered for employment,income was the top consideration,followed by work intensity,department atmosphere and job title promotion.Regarding the current employment situation,3 individuals(1.91%)were optimistic,69(43.95%)remained neutral,47(29.94%)were somewhat pessimistic,and 20(12.74%)were very pessimistic.Among those who chose to work outside their specialty,27.27%were from the endocrinology department and another 27.27%from the cardiology department,mainly due to work intensity,followed by income,proximity to parents and job title promotion.Conclusion Residents in standardized training of internal medicine have a positive attitude towards working in theirfield,but many hold a pessimistic view of the job market.Income is the primary factor influencing the employment choices of residents.
